In reply to Extract no. 3152 dated 9th sept. regarding the relention of the services of lt. montgonerie of engrs. on the hindoostan and hicbet road intimated that be has been already relieved in in order to his sproceeding to join the G.J. survey to which he stood appointed in G.G.O. no. 512 of 20th auguat 1852.
