With refrence to Mily Department letterno 430, of 20th Ultimo, retransmits, the Roll of serjeants, major D. Davis , 70th Regt. Native Infantry admitted by G.G.O of that date, to teh gratuity and medals, which has been duly completed required, and states had in future, the whole, of such Rolls, will be forwarded at one time.
