In contination of memo. no. 199 f the 6th instant transmits copy of one from the supt. of marine and of its enclosure from the adjt. of the ship menerva stating that a comittee having assewmbled on board that usual to survey the provinces laid in fort he troops alotted to the ship the present of the comittee refered to proced with the survey unless both the poop stern claims.
