In replyto letter nO 4223 of the 29th ultimo directed to acquaint that the commission there with returned for Zavir Khan naib ressaldar 7th Regiment irregular cavalary should be considered as councilled the stamp duty recoverd on it refunded the commission transmitted to with letter from the Despatch No 375 of the 23rd October.
