In contn of their letter of the 7th April 1846, relative to the damp state of the Record Romms in the new certified square at Debrooghur,submits for sanctions, a Bill amountings to rupees 197, for Constructing 6 ventilators in the Ross.and 6Window with wooden bars, in the walls of the 3rd record Rooms of the square in question.
