With acverter to the annexy Copy Correspondance with the Director of the Railway Deptt.forward for considerarion and order a Bill amounty to rupees 347-19drawn by F.W simms Engineer , to project and loss on account of the deterioration of stores issued from the Arsenal of fort William for the use of the Railway Deptt.in Nov 1845,and returned into the Allahbad margazine in march 1846.
