Transmitting copy of a letter no 96 of this date to the Supdt. of Marine aproving of his engaging the Precursor Steamer tendered for service to Khyouk Phyoo in Arracan and requesting that ordrs be issued in the Mily Depatt for embarking the 67th regiment Native Infantry and at so some artillery on the said steamer on Thursday next the 29 instant.
