Submit for consideration and order extt. from the disbursemnt of the Allahabad commisarat for Se[ 1850 containing charges under profit and loss with vouchers in support of them onaccoiugn of certain articles on board the troop boats bagurtee and Goomiptee, whihc were candemned between the 28th Jan. and 27th Feb. 1850.
