With refce to a lr. of the 6th march 1846 transmits copy of Despatch form the offy. supt. of marine stuting that the ownce of the ship windsor have not been able to recover the balance of passage money for 6 men of H,M's service embarked on that vessel for engalnd in march 1846 becouse the court fo direct have not recd any advice from the Bengal.
