With reference to the advances made form the Branch Treasury on the late tour of the Gover.Genl. Vizt to Col.Stuart as per his receipt 2500 to the regr. of the office for 2220-13-4+2219-5-4=4440-2-8 and to audited bills having been received for items amounting only to Rs.2165-5-1 requests he may be furnished with audited vouchers for the remaining items to enable him to effect.
