In reply to Ily. department despacth no. 367 of 10th instant state that the practice of the services requires that prior to the admision of pension to an insane sepoys he should under gotrctetn at the Lunati asylum but with rference to sepoys soondria demai 66th or gurkha regiment who has beewn repoted by the medical committee as incurable and harmless would have to be sent down from peshawar t Benaras .
