Undermentioned gentlemen is Admitted to the service in confirmity with his appointment by the Honoble the court of Drs. as a cader of Infy. on this establishment and pormoted to the rank of Ensign From teh date assigned to him in G O No. 588 of the 14th Novr. 1851.
