with reference to a lr.of the 30th ultimo states that as the annual Indent fo rstationery required for the Military dept. has eben received in his office the 6th Monthly one submitted is unncessary and therfore retuned and that a supply for the latter 6 Months will be revised for delivery on Presentation of a Memorandum of the Articles required.
