With refec.to a lr.of teh 25th June last state tht they issued the necessary instructinos for teh Transfer of the Old poweder magazine in the incinity of Berhampore at present used as a ramn Catholic chapel to teh revd. M Hil of the Missionary society. but the Commnading officer has directed that the orders for the transfer should be delayed pending a refer. made .
