Transfers a letter from the wife of Mr H Past by late a sub Assistant Surveyor on the bengal establishments but now a helpless and destitute meniae forwarding a memorial to the address of the Court of Directors, representing the cause of her husbands dismissal from the serivce and praying tht the Court will grant him at least a portion of that stipend at which he would have been entitled had he lost his health onoy one year later orsuch and soher or her husband as may be deemed reasonable and earestly soliciting the recommendation of Govt. to the Court on her behalf.
