With reference to his despatch no 21 of the 15th May 1851 transmitting for information copy courts letter dt. 18th Feby 1852 with enclusure from the war office on the subject of remitting to remitting to England one fourth of the fees received for the instructgion of soldiers in Regiment having a trained school master as also of fes paid by the recruit.
