Transmits copy of letter from Captain Gordon Commanding 1st Regiment Seikh local Infantry with 2 copies of that officers numerical to court date 3rd august 1849 of which he appears to have recived no acknowledgment and has noe ther fore solicited attention to the proger it contain for the grant of Brevet rank.
