Returns the original enclosures of despatch no. 307 of the 10th October last with an intimation that the Governor General approves of the allotment of the Heavy or Siege Trains for the Madras Presidency proposed in a Minute by the Right Honble the Governor of Fort St. George dated 15th Feby. 1851 & concurred in by the Honble Mr. Thomas in his Minute of the 17th Idem.
