In reply to Mily.Deptt. Despatch No.174 of the 8th Octr.1851, state that the Farrier, saddler serjt & Asst.Farrier & Saddler of the Horse feild Batteries manned by native are entitled to quarters & are usually provided with a staff serjt. Bungalow, each & accordinghly submit a preliminary survey report.
