Reprots that of the 320 undersigned hourse purchased agreably to G.A. of the 27th May last there remain appropriated 141 & that the C.C. has approved his suggestion of appropriating these to the russallahs seervig in assam & requests orders as to teh serme on which these hourse are to be transferred to teh russesl. & to the defincinecy beig made up from the transfer purchased last upoin.
