Enclosure to letter from Mily Board No 6195 dt 28th Decr .In continuation their letter of the 17th December submits a Despatch From the Superintending Engineer Punjab circle with the proceedings of a European court of Inquiry in regard to the destruction by fire on the 23rd Novr last.
