Submit an estimate amountg. to Rs.628-5-7 for making certain additions & alterations in the commist. dept.t at Nowgong during the official year 1846/47 with recommendation that the same may be pased with exception to the Brigade Buttresses which may as proposed by Captn.Fraser be dispensed with and wing walis.
