No.635 dt.22nd June regarding the retention in corps of Irr.Cavy. of Barquer horses belonging to native offrs. certain to the pension until vacancy are filled up with a report thereon by the mily. audr. gen. who sees no objection to such retention generally when vacancies occur in the grades privleged to keep bargress.
