In Eantinuation of his letter of the 12th ult. transmits for informa. and recard copy despatch from the Secy at Bombay and of the reply thereto intimasering that thew Goor. Genl. conceurd with the Bombay Govt. that it is desirable to acosit the decision of the court on the referrence before taking and further steps fro arranging the transfer.
