Stating that his Honor in Council is of opinion that half pay Buglers and trumpeter of mixed parentage who were enlisted into the arty regt. prior to General order by the comr of the forces of the 12th July 1834 should be at once attested according to the form previously in force and which alone appears applicable to their cases.
