Stating that contonment grond being the property of Govt. cannot to sold by the Grantee and that Govt. retain the power of resumption at any time on giving one months notice and paying the value of sub buildings as may have been authorized to be erected thereo that such being the regiment of the owners of the uncooupied Bungallows at Sultanpore , Benares determine on dismantling them, and selling the materials no objection can be offered thereto .
