In Reply to no. 1329 of 22nd Instt allowing sub asst. Overseer in the embarkament divn. Noted in Military bds. Commander no. 5929 of 10th Octr. 1851. to contined to draw travelling allowances up to the 8th Augt. last from which date the Rates in G O no. 432 of that date will above be admitted.
