General orders by the Honb'le the President of the Council of India in Council , Fort William the 30th October 1850 , having been declared incapable of performing the active duties of his profession is at his own reqauest transferred to the invalud establishment from the 1st November 1850 with permission to reside in the HIlls North of Deyrah .
