With reference to a letter of the 3rd ultimo submits copy of Supg Engineers letter and proceedings of a medicla committee and recommend that the estimate for Khuss Khuss Yathis for the troops at Rawul Pindee and Peshawar may be sanctioned the balance of the remaining half of the Estimate to be made payable by the Depy commissioner at Peshawur.
