Intimatign that although govt. concern in the Opinion of the comtd. of Inquiry that the destenction by fire of a shed crected for the Protection of th eBeaksmiths of th ePeshaur magazine and of 2 ballours was accomdental they cannot absolve from Blame and want of Common presight the offg. Dy. Comy. of Ordnance wiht permitetd a Blacksmith shed to be vovered with such inflamable materials as pawlins and old wood.
