With reference to Deputy Adjt. Genl. letter of 2nd April last, transmits copy of a letter from Serjeant Dease, of the Pension Establishment, soliciting permission to draw his Stipend in Europe, agreeably to G.O. 25th January instead of at Meerut sanctioned in G.O. of 6th May last.
