with reference to a letter of the 21st Ultimo on the subject of the additional buildings required at Darjeeling submits for information copy of commn addresed to the supg engineer lower provinces stating that the Board are of opinion that nothing should delay the campletion of these buildings beyond the 1st march 1851.
