With reference ot a rl. of the 10th April alst transmits copy correspondence wiht the Adjt. genl.of the Army stating that the Govr. genl. approves of Major O Brien Commandign the Nusseree Battalion proceeidng by Dawk at the Pubic expense to Almorah retaining his comand adn other Allwoances in view to his recruiting in the Hemaon District.
