Decision that Probationary sub-Deputy Collector when employed as Technical Advisers to Settlement parties in Bengal shall be classed as second class officers for travelling purpose and allowed travelling and halting allowane at the rates admissible to Asstt. settlement officers under Articles 1036 and 1063 of the civil serivce Regulations.
