In reply to despatch no 306 dt 11th july 1851 returns the petiton of Manu sing lated a sepoy of the 46th native infyw with an intimation that that person was dismissed by sentience of a court martial for feignin seekmkss to avoide duty and that the commander incheif on further enquiry sees no valied reason for up settin the measures .
