In continuation of their ltr. no. 2231 of the 30th June last, states that teh supdt. of canals N.w.P. has intiamted that guner R.Phillisp asst. overseer eastern Jumna Canal is ansious to exchange into the barakx detp. of Public worksl as his helth will not admti of his doign canal duteis.
