In reply to his despatch no. 89 of the 12th july 1851 detailing the grounds on which the Genl. officers comg. the presy. dn. was compelled to withdraw the sentry from the Burial ground at Barrackpore and intimationg that the pinC. does not feel at liberty ot direct that a mily guard be alloted for the protection of the urial ground.
