With reference to G.G.P.G. 2nd March last, states tha the ofifcer in charge of the Govt. Lithorgaphic pross has furnished him with 200 copies, in loose shees, of a comapny svings bansk lodger but has no menas of binding the books rquired for the use of the h.M. regt. serving in bengal, bring to notice that in ther present state they are uterly useless, with a view to the necesary orders beig isued regaridn the completed of the book.
