With reference to this Government letter No. 31It. of the 8th Instant sates that the Governor General in Council approves of the answers sent by Colonel Haughton to the Dhurma Rajah and to the Thingbo Jungpen, intimating in reply to their letters that the British Government will not interfere in the present dissensions in Bhootan.
