This system is not workable in the case of an inferior establishment as it will cause a great deal of confusion at the time of verification of ser vice of the inferior establishment. A.C. Sambhar - told that in future he should prepare as many separate pay bills as there are circle in his division on office copies as also a consolidated bill to be sent to the Treasury for encashment.
