Representation from the Govt. of India Attached and Subordinate offices Association for the grant of Delhi house rent allowance to those clerks who on account of the paucity of Govt. quarters had to make their own arrangments for residential accommodation in New Delhi and also for an increase in the present scale of the Delhi house rent alloeance.
