Intimation by Deptt. etc.,to the Estate Officer, Central public Works Deptt., of changes which may occur in the certificate of officers and Clerks for applications of accommodation in Simla and Delhi, that the applicants will be on duty with the Govt.of India in the station for the greater part of the season or financial year concerned.
