Discontinuance in the case of future entrants, of the washing allowances for turbans and summer uniforms paid to the inferior servants employed in the Government of India Secretariat and its attached and subordinate offices. Principles governing the grant of washing charges of liveries of inferior servants employed in the subordinate offices of the Government of India at places other than Simla and Delhi. Suggestion to Chief Commissioners that similar orders be issued by them in the case of inferior establishments serving under their control.
