Decision that when under para 1 (e) of the Home Deptt. Memo. Noi.7 47/2/29 Public of the 7th July Feby 1930 a holiday is given at the discretion of the Head of a Deptt. in the Last Saturday of any summer month in which there is no closed holiday such holiday showed be treated as a recognized holiday, for the purposes of T. R. 68 and written the meaning of S.R. 2(12).
