Decision that F.R. as P.U.C not be tagged to the correspondence file should be Rept. loose and placed at the end og the note folder until they bane fee dealt with while they remain loose in the note folder they should be flagged F.R.as P.U.C. Reports kept in the note folder should be given in serial No. and the Coress. No. which should be quoted in the margin of the note.
