Informs Sew Purtab, a Shroff the Mhow Sudder Bazar has applied relative to the property of a men named Muddar Bux, a Dirzee which was mortgaged to him by the latter some 4 or 5 years ago, as no trace can be found on the owner the mortgage wishes to know if after so long lapse of time he will be justified in selling the property.
