Complaint by the Indian Mining federation, Calcutta, against the alleged unfair combination of interest between certain coal producing companies and the companies controlling inland river transport in Easter Bengal. Assertion by the federation that acknowledged principles underlying the law of Carriers in every country are against such combination of interests.
