On 10.11.47 at 11 A.M., a sudden mob of Muslims of the neighbouring villages and the local armed with deadly weapons raided the village. They looted the property of Hindus and Sikhs. 9 persons were killed. Harbans Lal deponent No.1 was seriously injured. He got five injuries on the hands and head. Two young girls were abducted. The attack was stopped by the intervention of local Syeds. Ram Chand deponent No. 2 was a good runner and ex-service man.
