To enable me to include the Expense of the Nusseerabad brigade in the Retired Estimate for the Official year 1847-48 I request to be informed whether the brigade is to be retained as an actual corps of the Military Department or what number of companies, caviliers, etc. will now form that description in the Financial Department. No portion of this charge on Estimate has as yet been created on any specific measurement, although Mr. An essential letter inclosing the exact accounts on this information is to land information required by his year, but existed in the 7th of September next. The annual charge may be estimated at the rate of about 3% annual diminution, and that I am not so sure dition to this estimate for 1846-1847 would also be now required, if considered premature.
