To enable the Governor in Council to pass a strict examination relative to a serious and important fact chiefly affecting the interests of the Company's Government, in which the most material evidence seems to be contained in sundry despatches lately received from Mr. Secretary Dundas, transmitting copies of orders from the Honourable the Court of Directors, that have been made in furtherance of the application transmitted through the Company to His Majesty's Ministers for permission for natives of India to proceed to their separate homes, free of cost.
